Returns

You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order. The date of the postmark or delivery of the collection invitation counts as the date of receipt.

Please make sure your items are returned in a new and unused condition, and in their original packaging in order for us to process your refund.

To return your order follow these steps: 

Step 1: Write the number of items returned and the number corresponding to your reason for returning them in the designated boxes on the delivery slip.

Step 2: Add the slip to the parcel and adhere the address field to the box. 

Step 3: Purchase postage with the carrier of your choice and drop the parcel off. 

You will receive your refund once your return has been processed by our warehouse.

Twin Jewellery GmbH will only provide you with a free return label if you didn’t receive the correct item, if the item description on our homepage was incorrect, or if you received a damaged or defective item.
